“One Planet City Challenge” WWF

The One Planet City Challenge (OPCC) is a biennial competition among cities around the world. Its goal is to mobilize the transition towards a sustainable future and climate action to meet the Paris Agreement.

This initiative was conceived and is implemented by WWF and ICLEI. It’s a call for local governments to report their Low Emission Urban Development and Climate Change plans, programs, and actions on a public platform, complying with an international standard.
