Pro Dia Nascer Feliz

Motion design – opening titles, lettering, and motion graphics – for João Jardim‘s documentary “Pro Dia Nascer Feliz”. Work done in partnership with designerPriscila Lopes.

“Pro Dia Nascer Feliz” is a 2006 Brazilian documentary, and the second feature film by director João Jardim. The documentary addresses the Brazilian educational system, portraying school realities from different social, economic, and cultural contexts through various perspectives on the realities that constitute the educational structure – from the point of view of the institution, the student, the teacher, and the family. The film features interviews with various students and teachers, ranging from a public school in precarious conditions in the northeastern hinterland to a luxurious private school in Alto de Pinheiros, São Paulo.
