Mandrake

Mandrake is a Brazilian television series produced by the channel HBO Brasil in partnership with Conspiração Filmes. It is based on the books “A Grande Arte” and “Mandrake, a Bíblia e a Bengala”, both by Rubem Fonseca, and was written by José Henrique Fonseca, Felipe Braga, and Tony Belloto.

Praised by critics, the series aired in Argentina and Colombia, and was nominated for the International Emmy Award for Best Drama Series in 2006 and 2008.
